ICSOC 2018 will take place in Hangzhou on the southeast coast of China, just an hour away from Shanghai. Hangzhou is well-known for the magnificent Westlake. Prof. Wu Zhaohui, president of Zhejiang University, and his team will organize this event. The call for papers will be published soon.
