With 170 international participants, ICSOC 2018 was well attended in Hangzhou, China. Thus, the Hangzhou event continues the successful 16-year history of ICSOC. The workshops, the Ph.D. Symposium, the keynotes, and the three-day program of presentations, panel discussions, and personal interactions were well received by the attendees. The conference was supported by the Alibaba Group, IBM, Explore, Xigua, and Diao Technology. We are grateful for their financial contribution.

During the conference dinner, the venue for ICSOC 2019, Toulouse, was announced by the next General Chair, Khalil Drira.

We are looking forward to seeing a similarly large group of participants.
