This year, the PC co-chairs Maja Vukovic (left), Claus Pahl (2nd from right), and Jianwei Yin (right) presented the Best Research Paper Award to Yun Yang and Qiang He (2nd and 3rd from left) from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, for their paper “Optimal Edge User Allocation in Edge Computing with Variable Sized Vector Bin Packing”, which they co-authored with Phu Lai (also from Swinburne University of Technology), Mohamed Abdelrazek, Feifei Chen (both from Deakin University, Australia), John Grundy (Monash University, Australia), and John Hosking (The University of Auckland, New Zealand).
