Raised Expectations and Crushing Fears About Artificial Intelligence

One of ServTech’s key contributions to the NARRATE project under the HORIZON Europe programme is the Blueprint Management System (BMS), released in December 2025. Manufacturing Blueprints form a knowledge-based framework that connects physical and digital manufacturing. They define a structured knowledge model that captures essential information on suppliers, product design, production processes, service quality, operational parameters, timing, and control mechanisms. The BMS offers a programming environment that supports the structures representation representation, storage, retrieval, cross-correlation, and processing of this digital manufacturing knowledge.
